Worked across teams with ILR Alumni Affairs and Development and the within my own team of Communications and Marketing to devise an email strategy that utilizes an HTML email as an engagement piece fostering a continued relationship with ILR Alumni – a key audience for the school. It allows ILR to communicate directly with an opted-in email campaign sharing insights, updates and news about current students, faculty, research and publication from at ILR. Prior to the initiative, plain text emails were being shared with a far less engaged audience. According to a recent alumni survey, the email has been a huge success in with the audience as a preferred vehicle to receive communications.
